Blue Course (Front Nine) The Blue Course is perhaps the most challenging of the 9-hole loops at The Shropshire Golf Centre. This par 35 course, measures 3286 from the white markers and requires some strategic play, particularly on the interesting dog-leg par-4 holes. The 4th hole, a tricky par-3 was once described by commentating legend Peter Allis as ‘Shropshire’s answer to Augusta National’s famous par-3 12th hole’. Silver Course (Back Nine) This 3303 yard, par-36 course use some good birdie opportunities, but is not without its challenges. The 5th hole is a tough par 3. At 188 yards and usually playing into the wind, a long iron or wood is needed to find small green well protected by bunkers.
